The cookies N cream cookie cup stuffed with HEALTHY COOKIE DOUGH.
- 1 Cookies N Cream quest bar
- 1 can (400g) chickpea rinsed and drained
- 1/2c vanilla protein powder (or coconut flour)
- 1/2c natural peanut butter
- 1/3c sugar free maple syrup (pure maple syrup/agave)
- 1/2tsp salt
- Sweetener to taste
- 1 brownie quest bar cut up or vegan choc chips (discount code is TQT398)
- Pre-heat oven to 160C. Spray 2 muffin holes (of a muffin tray) with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cut Quest bar in half, Microwave for 10 seconds on baking paper. Mold Quest bar pieces to the each of the muffin holes and bake 5 minutes.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients (except quest bar) in a blender and then folded in the quest bar or choc chips
- Place two tablespoons of cookie dough into each of the cups.
- Makes 2 cups with lots left over cookie dough 😊👌
