- 1 c ground oats (or ground cashews)
- 1 1/4 c vanilla protein powder (can sub in a vegan protein)
- 4 tbsp natural crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 c sugar free maple syrup (agave/honey)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2c vegan choc chips (iherb.com- discount code TQT398).
- sweetener to taste
- Place all the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place in freezer for 10mins.
- Remove from freezer and roll a tbsp of the mix into a ball (makes 16-20) place onto a plate lined with baking paper and put back into the freezer for an hour.
- Store in freezer in an air tight container.
