- 1 can (400g) chickpea rinsed and drained
- 1/2 c vanilla protein powder (or coconut flour to make vegan)
- 1/2 c natural peanut butter
- 1/3 c sugar free maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 brownie quest bar cut up or vegan choc chips
- Natural sweetener to taste
- Blend the chickpeas in a food processor until smooth. Mix all the ingredients, except quest bar/choc chips.
- Folded in the quest bar/choc chips.
- On the side I had Smoreables gluten free gram cracker biscuits.
